This agreement allows us to offer a totally free Initial Warranty Service on behalf of Datalogic on the following products: Magellan, Heron, Touch TD, Quickscan, Gryphon, Powerscan, Skorpio X3 & X4, ELF X3, Lynx, Falcon X3, Memor X3.

DATALOGIC WARRANTY SERVICE
To use our Datalogic Warranty Service, follow these guidelines:
- Send the failed device with your courier, with proper packaging to avoid damages, at the following address:

65013 Città Sant’Angelo (PE)
- Attach DDT, headed to the writer, with “warranty repair”
- Put in the packaging the description of the defect found, the contact details of your referrer and the copy of the defective device purchase document, showing the actual purchase date.
The equipment, if it complies with the conditions provided by Datalogic to take advantage of the initial warranty, will be made at our expense load at the sender’s address. In case the failure or equipment does not come under warranty, you will be contacted for the following activities.
Our laboratory also manages the maintenance of many other manufacturers including:
IBM / TOSHIBA, NCR, EPSON, WINCOR NIXDORF, CUSTOM, 3M, ELO TOUCH, TYPRO, METROLOGIC, SYMBOL, VERIFONE.
